Dell – the PC manufacturer has announced two 4K interactive touch screen monitors: a C5518QT 55 inch model and the massive C8618QT an 86 inch model, which designed for the education and business markets. Both monitors pack 4K (3840 × 2160) resolutions, whereas Microsoft’s 55-inch Hub only has a Full HD (1920x1080px) display. Dell previously offered a 70-inch Interactive Touch Monitor with Full HD resolution.

The display can also support 20 simultaneous touch points and includes an anti-glare and anti-smudge coating. There is also support for two included passive styluses. The company said that styluses offer a “natural writing experience.”

There are also a number of ports on each monitor to take advantage of compatibility with Dell’s Wireless Module, and offers a back panel slot that can integrate Dell’s OptiPlex Micro desktop.

As far as availability is concerned, both these monitors will go on sale on 30 March 2017. According to the company, the 55 inch monitor C5518QT will cost less than $5,000, while the massive one 86 inch C8618QT monitor will come under $11,000, notably cheaper than Microsoft option.
