Back in October 2017, HMD Global announced its mid-range smartphone, called Nokia 2 with Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Now the company has just announced that Nokia 2 will be getting a taste of Oreo operating system very soon. Let us see what the lowest-end smartphone has to offer.

The cheapest smartphone features a 5.0 inches LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that carries the support for 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution at 249 of ppi pixel density. There is also a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer on the top of the screen for protection.
It is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8909v2 Snapdragon 212 quad core processor and for graphics; there is an Adreno 304 graphics processor. On the storage front, the smartphone is equipped with 1GB of RAM along with 8GB of internal storage. The newly arrived phone also supports MicroSD card for storage expansion that increases storage up to 128GB.
As far as the camera is concerned, the smartphone sports an 8 megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus, face detection and LED flash. While on the front of the device, there is a 5 megapixel front facing camera for capturing wonderful selfies and making video calls.
To power the device, there is a Non-removable Li-Ion 4,100 mAh battery buried inside it. The smartphone is available in various color options, including Pewter/Black, Pewter/White, and Copper/Black.
