Kodak, everyone’s favorite old camera company unveiled the smartphone last year in October, dubbed as the Kodak Ektra. Now it’s finally available for purchase in the United States, while in Europe, it has been available for a few months before. The Android smartphone with a big camera bump was actually manufactured by a tech company, called Bullit Group. Kodak Ektra is the result of the joint effort of both the Bullit Group and Kodak company. The company said, “a photography-led smartphone designed for those with a passion for photography, from enthusiasts to expert.”
And another notable thing, the company lowers the price of the smartphone, making it more affordable for those people who want to buy this unique and photography phone. The smartphone comes with a 5.0 inch FHD touchscreen display with the screen resolution of 1080 × 1920 at 441 ppi pixel density. The phone runs on the previous generation Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
To fuel the smartphone, there is a deca core MediaTek Helio X20 processor and for the memory and storage, the phone is equipped with a 3GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded further with the help of MicroSD card up to128GB.
As far as the camera is concerned, the smartphone comes with an incredible 21 megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture plus Sony’s IMX230 image sensor and dual LED flash.
