Over 20 years' experience in Managing, Marketing, Sales and Business Development in global markets. Past roles: COO, CellGuide Ltd. Director, Sales & Marketing at Radcom Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) and Product Marketing Manager at ECI Telecom Ltd. Holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MA in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and an Electronic Engineering Degree from the Air Force Academy.
- Eytan Rabinovitz, Director Hardware Development
Over 30 years of experience in the fields of Power, DSP, Digital and Hardware design, during which he designed and manufactured a line of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). He led the development of BEEMTech's System on Chip, the IDC2000 and is currently leading the development of all the LightBEEM components. Eytan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa.
- Liat Shalom Mermelstein, Director Embedded Software
Liat brings a strong background software development leading teams in composite technology systems. She came to BEEMTech after 5 years at CellGuide where she led a key software development team for the company's core GPS technology, and 7 years at Conexant Systems (US) where she headed a multinational software development team working on IP phone systems. Prior to that, she spent 2 years at Intel doing technical support while studying at the Technion for her BA in Computer Sciences.
- Noam Graetz, Chief Software Architect
Noam brings to BEEMTech over 20 years of experience in the design and coding of embedded and mobile systems and products. Prior to joining BEEMTech, Noam served as Chief Software Architect for CellGuide Ltd. (a fabless GPS company), Software Architect at Backweb Technologies (NASDAQ: BWEB) and Product Leader at ESPRO Information Technologies. Previously, Noam spent 6 years in the Israel Navy as a programmer and project manager. Noam holds a B.Sc. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.

CEO of J.M. Electrical Corp, commercial electrical contractor focused in the New York metro markets. Has extensive experience in marketing, project development and system integration. Founder of S.T.L. Energy Solutions and Technologies, Ltd (STL) and Co-Founder of Systel Global Holdings, Inc. Executive Board Member of New York Electrical Contractors Association (NYECA) and Trustee of the Members Pension Plan of the Joint Industry Board with assets totaling over 3.3 Billion Dollars.
